A national nonprofit whose recovery support programs had outgrown email, spreadsheets and the memory of a busy team. Since January 2023 I have rebuilt them inside Zoho, one system at a time: applications that complete themselves before staff ever touch them, a portal where clinicians run their groups with every reminder sent automatically, and a scholarship program that moves through set phases with nothing left behind. Leadership sees all of it on live dashboards. In the last twelve months that meant 964 applications, 26 support groups and 168 scholarships, all running through the system.
